RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you purchased an item at chule.pt you have 30 days to return your order.
The conditions for you to make the return are as follows:
- Articles in the same conditions in which it was sold and without signs of use;
- Returns period: Until the 30th consecutive day, starting from the day of delivery.
You must return the article to the following address:
JMGW – The Portuguese Textiles, LDA: Avenida das Indústrias 63; 2735-213 Agualva-Cacém; Portugal.
Refunds
In case of return, the refund of your purchase price will be made after validation of compliance with the conditions of return described above, being made within up to 30 days from the time of receipt of the item and the same way in which the payment was made.
Exchange for non-conformity or defect of the article
If you find a defect or non-conformity in the ordered item you should send us an e-mail with the information regarding the item you want to return and the size for which you want to exchange it. The deadline for returning the original goods is 30 days from the exchange order and is free of charge to the consumer.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange it for another color or size you can do so by sending us an e-mail to geral@chule.pt with the information regarding the article you wish to return.
The period for exchange of the article is 30 days from the date of delivery.
After receiving the article in our facilities, a voucher will be issued in the amount of the purchase (excluding shipping costs) so that you can make a new purchase.
Any shipping costs necessary to return the item will be borne by the customer.
