EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you purchased a product on chule.pt, you have 30 days to return your order.
The conditions for returning an order are as follows:
- Items must be in the same condition as they were sold and without signs of use;
- Return period: Until the thirtieth day after the day the order was delivered.
Items must be returned to the following address:
JMGW – The Portuguese Textiles, LDA: Avenida das Indústrias 63; 2735-213 Agualva-Cacém; Portugal.
The shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
Returns
In case of return, the refund of your purchase will be made after validating the conditions of the returned items. Refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of items, using the same payment method.
Exchange of defective or damaged items
If you received a defective or non-conforming item, send us an email with the information regarding the item you wish to exchange. You have 30 days after delivery of the original order to make your exchange. This will be done at no cost to the customer.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, send us an email to geral@chule.pt with the information about the item you wish to exchange.
You can request an exchange up to the thirtieth day after the day the order was delivered.
After receiving the item at our address, a voucher will be issued with the value of the products to be exchanged (excluding shipping costs) so that you can make a new purchase.
The shipping costs required to return the items to be exchanged will be borne by the customer.
